Suture material made of elastic titanium

Titanell® – Suture Material is a non-absorbable suture material made from titanium microfilaments. By using pure titanium, our suture material has exceptional biocompatibility, which significantly reduces the risk of inflammatory reactions and prevents physical rejection. Тitanell® is particularly suitable for use in potentially contaminated wounds because the risk of infectious complications is lower compared to conventional material. In addition, titanium as a material does not corrode and does not degrade over time. Therefore, the use of Тitanell® is advantageous wherever there is increased chemical or enzymatic activity of organs or tissues as part of or as a result of surgical treatments.
